Hello! A little bit about me: I grew up in a suburb of Houston and moved to Austin in 2005 to attend St. Edward's University. During college I fell in love with photographing bands, particularly shooting intimate portraits of the musicians I admire. These portraits were inspired by the beautiful work of Annie Leibovitz, whom I still love and got to see speak in 2017! After graduating with a BA in Photocommunications, I spent a few years in the social work field helping families adopt from foster care. After that I was the photographer for a quilting company where I was able travel and photograph a planner and book by Utah designer Lori Holt.
I now focus on lifestyle shoots, maternity, engagements, weddings, family portraits, and boudoir. I have an ongoing series called “Couch Lady” that features abandoned furniture. It’s near and dear to my heart and I always love when a friend or family member tells me they’ve spotted an abandoned couch in their city!
I currently live in the Austin area with my husband and daughter, Eleanor. I love true crime podcasts, knitting, cooking, and traveling.
Please visit the pricing page for further information regarding sessions, or send me a message via the contact page or an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to working with you!
